Our most recent Instructional DVD, The "Millennium Ball-Handling DVD Volume 2" is going to change the trainers/players view on ball-handling.   Most recently, ball-handling instructional has transformed into focus more on "Circus Dribbling", rather than functional progressions that transfer to success on the court.  Jeremy Russotti has developed a new-age functional curriculum that will enable you to become better at game-like situations involving ball-handling.   This jam pact DVD is full of innovative drills focusing on hand quickness, dribble mechanics, dribble agility, and dribble conditioning, broken down for all levels of player.  It is highly recommended that in order to increase your gains, players should be wearing V-Bands wrist weight training while performing Coach Russotti's ball-handling curriculum.
